Includes a letter from the Majlis to the Ministry of Interior urging them to investigate Qadam Khayr's complaint against Haji Mirza Abu al-Bashar who seized her belongings after her husband's death. In another letter, from the Majlis to the Ministry of Interior, with a letter by Qadam Khayr attached, she renounces the previous claims; instead, she aknowledges Hujjat al-Islam Abu al-Bashar's gracefulness and calls for the arrest of the person who forged the initial petition.

Regarding the fact that the mourning of the late Vali Khan is not yet over, and that Amir Aslan and the people of Qasim Khan have bothered his wife and children and injured two of them. The author requests the addressee to investigate this issue as soon as possible.

Shaykh Muhammad Hasan's petition, 1915
Petition by Shaykh Muhammad Hasan, the representative from Garus, to the Majlis regarding the plunders and crimes committed by Salar al-Dawlah and others during the Majlis closure. The writer describes how Mirza, son of Bahram Khalifah from Gulbagh, attacked the village of Chishmah Kazim and put his father's building on fire, where people, including women, had taken shelter, and raped the women. While Mirza was arrested and taken to a Kurdistan court by Sardar Muhay, he was not punished and continues his crimes.

Jewish woman's conversion to Islam, 1901
Includes three telegrams by Muhsin from Savujbulagh regarding a Jewish woman who fled and converted to Islam with the help of a Kurdish Muslim; her husband declared his conversion by shaving his head and beard in order to take his wife back; later, he denied the conversion and announced that he was coerced to convert. Some of the ‘ulama accused him of blasphemy and ordered his killing. Thus, people have gathered to witness the execution and are causing turmoil. The writer has arrested the man to protect him from execution and asks for guidance on how to settle the matter.

Report from the Iranian Consulate to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, from Astrakhan, about a dispute between the Shi‘as and Tatars over the marriage of Khalili's daughter. Tatars claim that since the girl's mother was not a permanent wife, according to Russian law, her child is a Russian national. But Shi‘as of Haji Tarkhan oppose her marriage to a Tatar man.
